Abstract

The invention discloses a waste heat utilization method of an ethyleneimine production reaction material, which comprises the following steps of (1) sequentially introducing heated and gasified mixedgas of monoethanolamine and inert carrier gas into a heat exchanger I, a heat exchanger II and a reactor, reversely introducing the obtained reaction material into the heat exchanger I, and heating the mixed gas, (2) after reaction materials are discharged from the heat exchanger II, sequentially introducing the reaction materials into a heat exchanger III and a heat exchanger IV, heating reversely, sequentially introducing heat exchange media of the heat exchanger IV and the heat exchanger III, and performing phase change conversion, and (3) conveying the reaction material which is dischargedfrom the heat exchanger IV and is cooled to a proper temperature to a subsequent unit for rectification operation. The method solves the problem of reutilization of waste heat of reaction materials in the process of producing ethyleneimine by monoethanolamine intramolecular dehydration, meets the requirements of energy recycling of an ethyleneimine production process system, and has the outstanding advantages of energy conservation, consumption reduction, cost saving, continuous operation, simple equipment and convenience in use.
