According to the primer and the method, early breeding of sows with high farrowing performance can be realized, the number of the total farrowing, live farrowing and healthy farrowing of landrace is increased, the feeding cost is saved, and the breeding time is shortened. The method is simple to implement and convenient to operate, and has very high practical application value.
