The invention further discloses a primer for amplification of FSHR 91773610 C>T, MEP1A 41617218 G>T and PLA2G4A 128109061 T>C and a method for detecting, analyzing and identifying the farrowing performance of the French landrace by using the primer. According to the primer and the method, early breeding of sows with high farrowing performance can be realized, the number of the total farrowing, live farrowing and healthy farrowing of landrace is increased, the feeding cost is saved, and the breeding time is shortened. The method is simple to implement and convenient to operate, and has very high practical application value.
