Embodiment Construction

[0059] The specific implementation of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. Such as figure 2 As shown, the collimating lens is directly above the LED light source, and each LED light source corresponds to a collimating lens, and the collimating lens collimates the light emitted by the LED. Such as image 3 As shown, the specific situation of the design optical path based on the diffuse transmission free-form curved surface of the collimating lens array in the present invention is introduced. When the light emitted from the LED light source enters the collimating lens, the light is emitted to the parallel direction of the z-axis through reflection and refraction to reach the preset collimating surface, such as Figure 4 shown. At this time, each position of the preset collimation surface can also be regarded as a Lambertian body, and then the light enters the diffuse transmission free-form surface, and finally...

Abstract

The invention provides a design method of a diffuse transmission free form curved surface based on a collimating lens array. A traditional diffusion sheet used for LED array illumination is not structurally designed, and only a simple plane or semispherical surface is adopted. Due to the fact that the diffusion sheet scatters light from all directions, the efficiency of a lighting system applyingthe diffusion sheet is lower than that of other designs. Based on the problems, according to the light-emitting characteristics of an LED, the collimating lens array is used for correcting wide-viewing-angle light emission of the LED array, and then a mathematical model of a diffuse transmission free-form curved surface is established according to a light path by applying a bidirectional transmission distribution function (BTDF) of a high-transmittance surface. Due to the complexity of the light path, a method of presetting a collimation plane is provided to simplify the calculation. The nonlinear algebraic equation is derived from the light reaching the preset collimation plane and the light leaving the preset collimation plane, the equations are numerically solved to obtain the profile of the diffuse transmission free form curved surface, and then the profile is imported into ray tracing software TracePro for simulation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of optical technology and lighting technology, and in particular relates to a diffuse transmission free-form curved surface for redistributing energy of an LED light source to realize uniform lighting and improve efficiency. Background technique [0002] Compared with traditional light sources (such as incandescent lamps), LEDs, as the fourth-generation lighting source, have many advantages such as small size, fast response, long life, and no pollution. Due to these advantages, LEDs are widely used in indoor lighting and outdoor lighting. However, because the LED light intensity distribution approximates the Lambertian cosine distribution, it has the disadvantages of large divergence angle and uneven illuminance distribution. If the lighting does not carry out secondary optical light distribution, a circular light spot with a bright center and gradually darkening around will be formed on the target surface. The unifor...
