The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing carnauba wax and avobenzone, and performing heating and melting to obtain an oil phase; weighing unmodified titanium dioxide, dispersing the unmodified titanium dioxide in water, adjusting a pH value to 5.0-5.5, performing heating on a water bath, and dispersing the titanium dioxide to obtain a water phase; pouring the heated oil phase into a water phase and performing homogenizing; and pouring an obtained mixture into water for rapid solidification after the homogenization. Under conditions that no co-emulsifier and surfactantsare added and TiO2 is not modified, the wax beads can obviously delay a light degradation rate of AVB and reduce a skin residue of TiO2.
