Abstract

The invention discloses a safe composite manufacturing method and device for a wire-containing multifunctional material. The method comprises the following steps that a heat insulation material is extruded by a high-precision contour spray head of a manufacturing head to be cured at a low temperature to form a contour belt; accurately wire conveying is conducted through a feeding roller; a heat insulation material is extruded by the high-precision contour spray head to the wire laying starting position, and cured at a low temperature so as to fix a wire at a curing point; starting from the curing point, while the feeding roller is rotated to lay the wire, an energetic material is extruded by using a high-efficiency filling spray head of the manufacturing head, and the energetic material iscured at the low temperature along with the laying of the energetic material; a heat insulation material is extruded to the wire laying tail end position by using the high-precision contour spray head, and cured at a low temperature so as to fix the wire at a curing point; the wire is accurately cut off; and the steps are repeated until part machining is completed.
