Abstract

The invention provides an offshore wind plant energy storage system optimal configuration method based on a cloud model and an FCM algorithm in an application scene of smoothing output fluctuation of an offshore wind plant. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, offshore wind power output data is processed based on a wavelet packet decomposition algorithm to obtain a daily operation curve of an energy storage system, and aiming at the problems that the clustering number is difficult to determine, the method is sensitive to an initial clustering center, the algorithm stability is relatively poor and the like when a fuzzy C-means (FCM) algorithm is used for extracting a typical energy storage output curve, an initial clustering center and a clustering number of an FCM algorithm are automatically determined by adopting a cloud model theory, and then a most representative energy storage typical operation curve set is aggregated from energy storage operation curves by applying the FCM algorithm, so that the energy storage typical operation curve set is substituted into an energy storage configuration model to determine an energy storage configuration scheme. The offshore wind power plant energy storage system is optimally configured, the investment cost of the energy storage system can be effectively saved, and offshore wind power is safely and stably connected to the grid.
