Abstract

Different effects brought by this way are that a high-voltage electrode protection device does not need to be additionally arranged, and the feed device is pulled out through the pulling force of the air cylinder to cut off the power supply of the high-voltage electrode by utilizing the effects that the adsorption force is weakened and smaller than the pulling force when the vacuum chamber is damaged.
