Problems solved by technology

However, stool samples are self-sampling, and uncertainty in participant complexity, sampling location, or sampling time can lead to large errors
At present, the extraction of intestinal mucosal microorganisms is done by collecting the intestinal mucosa with biopsy forceps. This sampling method has a certain degree of invasiveness and is harmful to the body of the participants.

Embodiment 1

[0033] From December 2018 to June 2019, 10 volunteers were recruited in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University in Wuxi based on the screening criteria. The volunteers were over 18 years old and had not received antibiotic treatment. A total of volunteers who met the criteria were collected 62 subjects, including 22 in the healthy control group and 40 in the adenoma group.

[0034] Table 1 The basic information and polyp characteristics of the volunteers

[0035]

[0036] Colorectal polyps were pathologically confirmed by colonoscopy. The healthy control group consisted of patients with no polyps found in colonoscopy, no history of colorectal polyps and no other colorectal lesions. Polyp cases were defined as having at least one hyperplastic or inflammatory polyp and no other adenomatous polyps, or histologically unclassified. An adenoma case was defined as having at least one tubular, villous, tubular villous, or unfixed serrated adenoma with no other hyperplastic...

Abstract

The invention discloses an intestinal flora collection method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of medicine. The method comprises the following steps: (1) emptying the intestinal tract of an object waiting for collecting intestinal flora, and making intestinal tract preparation; (2) lavaging colonic mucosa by medical purified water through an endoscope imaging system by an endoscopic physician, and sucking lavage fluid into the disposable sterile negative pressure drainage bag; and (3) centrifugally collecting and precipitating the lavage fluid in the negative pressure drainage bag, wherein the precipitate is the collected intestinal flora. The method can be used for more accurately detecting and analyzing the abundance of the intestinal microorganisms, and the analysis result can well reflect the change condition of the intestinal flora in a disease state; meanwhile, the method and application has the advantage of no trauma.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for collecting intestinal flora and an application thereof, belonging to the medical field. Background technique [0002] Gut flora is the normal microorganisms in the human intestinal tract, and its composition is mainly bacteria, archaea, fungi, viruses and so on. Gut bacteria number 100 trillion, 10 times the total number of cells in the human body, and they can affect body weight and digestion, protect against infection and autoimmune disease risk, and control the body's response to cancer treatment drugs. [0003] The human body can be thought of as a "walking micro-organism". The causal link between gut microbiota disturbances and abnormalities in human health has been widely demonstrated, and correlations between the abundance of specific gut microbiota members and various diseases have also been found. Specific disordered bacteria may themselves be the "destroyer" of intestinal function. After the balance of ...
