A plurality of blanks are transferred continuously among a plurality of machining stations to achieve synchronous and continuous machining of the plurality of blanks among the multiple stations, wherein a total die rack is internally provided with a plurality of machining stations for providing blank finish forging, forged part punching and forged part trimming. The plurality of machining stations comprise a final forging station mounted in a middle main punching region of the total die rack according to an amplitude of a needed punching force and a punching station and a trimming station in punching regions on two sides of the total die rack.
