The UV finish paint vacuum spraying method comprises the steps that a product coated with primer is pretreated; and non-transparent solid-color UV finish paint is used for performing solid-color UV finish paint vacuum spraying on the pre-treated product, and a finished non-transparent solid-color vacuum UV finish paint spraying product is obtained, wherein the non-transparent solid-color UV finish paint is composed of the following components of, in percentage by weight, 32%-50% of epoxy acrylate, 0-25% of polyurethane acrylate, 3%-5% of photoinitiator, 5%-25% of adhesive, 20%-40% of titanium dioxide, 0-10% of silicon dioxide and the balance UV monomers. The spraying method is high in efficiency and high in yield, no paint mist is generated in the spraying process, harm to the body of an operator and pollution to the environment can be avoided, and the spraying method is environmentally friendly.
