In an adenovirus (A-sub-Ad) induced Graves disease model expressing thyrotrophin receptor A subunit, white paeony root total glycoside feed with different concentrations is fed at different time, the total duration is 10 weeks, and the result shows that TRAb and TT4 levels of mice subjected to high-dose early treatment (500mg/kg/d) are obviously reduced; a thyroid tissue pathological section shows that the hyperplasia degree of thyroid tissue is obviously relieved; and the mouse heart weight is reduced.
