The system comprises a current acquisition module, a well temperature acquisition module, an oil pressure acquisition module, a casing pressure acquisition module, a control module and a flow automatic control instrument installed on a thin oil mixing pipeline; wherein the current acquisition module is used for acquiring current data of a motor of the oil pumping unit; the well temperature acquisition module is used for acquiring oil return temperature data during oil well blending adjustment; the oil pressure acquisition module is used for acquiring oil pressure data of an oil pipe, and the casing pressure acquisition module is used for acquiring casing pressure data; the control module can receive motor current data, oil return temperature data, oil pressure data and casing pressure data of the oil pumping unit so as to generate a target blending amount and send the target blending amount to the flow automatic control instrument; and the flow automatic control instrument is used for automatically controlling the thin oil blending flow according to the target thin oil blending amount.
