The lower end of a wet sludge bin is fixedly connected with a feeding pipe, and the other end of the feeding pipe is connected with a spiral feeder; a drying treater comprises at least one drying cylinder; each drying cylinder comprises a sludge storage cavity, a first medium cavity and a second medium cavity; the mud storage cavity is communicated with the discharge end of the spiral feeder; the first medium cavity wraps the mud storage cavity, and the second medium cavity wraps the first medium cavity; the first medium cavity is filled with medium oil, and hot flue gas is injected into the second medium cavity; and the steam outlet of the sludge storage cavity and the flue gas outlet of the second medium cavity are respectively connected with the air inlet end of a fan, so that hot flue gas is not in direct contact with sludge in a drying process, and the flue gas is prevented from entraining sludge particles to enter a boiler system, so that a dust removal filtering system can be omitted, a drying process flow is simplified, the sludge drying investment cost is saved, and the operation and maintenance cost is reduced.
