Abstract

The invention discloses a microcell sample collection device for tissue slices, which comprises a bearing platform, a sampling device, an inverted microscopic imaging module and a lateral microscopic imaging module, the sampling device is arranged above the bearing platform, the inverted microscopic imaging module is arranged below the bearing platform, the lateral microscopic imaging module is arranged on the side surface of the bearing platform, and the bearing platform comprises an electric platform. A tissue slice and a sample collection container are placed on the electric platform, the tissue slice is attached to a glass slide coated with a buffer layer, the tissue slice is comprehensively scanned by means of an inverted microscopic imaging module, an interested cell area is selected, and the site is moved to the position under a sampling microneedle; and an electric micro-operation system is used for controlling a micro-needle to descend, and the contact condition of the tip of the micro-needle and the tissue slice is observed in real time in the lateral micro-imaging module until the sampling micro-needle pierces the buffer layer and ensures that the micro-area of the site is cut off. According to the invention, in-situ acquisition of the microcell sample from the tissue slice can be realized, and high-quality RNA, DNA and protein can be obtained for downstream analysis.
