Abstract

The invention relates to a porous material, a preparation method thereof and a film moisture permeability detection device using the porous material. The porous material is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 0.95-1 wt% of electrospun polyimide nanofibers, 0.095-0.1 wt% of a dioxane aqueous solution, 0.45-0.5 wt% of ammonia water, 0.0095-0.01 wt% of polyamide acid fibers, and 98-98.5 wt% of a sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution. The porous material is hydrophilic, can rapidly expand after absorbing water vapor, has excellent water absorption-dehydration cycle test performance stability, cannot be adhered to the inner wall of a detection box body, and ensures the accuracy of a moisture permeability detection result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of display technology, in particular to a porous material, a preparation method of the porous material, and a membrane layer moisture permeability detection device using the porous material. Background technique [0002] PS-VA (polymer stabilized vertical alignment, polymer stabilized vertical alignment) is a technology in TFT-LCD (thin film transistor liquid crystal display). In the cell-forming process of PS-VA, it is necessary to seal the liquid crystal cell with a sealant to prevent liquid crystal overflow and water vapor intrusion, maintain the cell thickness around the liquid crystal cell, and adhere to the array substrate and color filter substrate. The main components of the frame glue are resin and some additives (such as heat curing agent, UV photoinitiator, silane coupling agent, etc.). [0003] If external water vapor enters the liquid crystal cell, it will cause short circuit of the circuit, failure of t...
