Method for non-aqueous phase wet oxidation of hydrogen sulfide

The invention relates to a new method for non-aqueous phase wet oxidation of hydrogen sulfide by taking iron-based ironic liquid as an oxidant. The iron-based ironic liquid is highly hydrophobic liquid which is insoluble in water, and can effectively absorb hydrogen sulfide gas and quickly and efficiently oxidize the hydrogen sulfide gas into elemental sulfur. After centrifugation separation or filtering separation is performed on the sulfur, the iron-based ironic liquid is recycled after being oxidized by air or pure oxygen. Water produced in the recycling process can be automatically separated from the hydrophobic iron-based ironic liquid to prevent dilution of the iron-based ironic liquid by the water. The pH of a reaction system is not required to be adjusted in the process of oxidizing the hydrogen sulfide by using the iron-based ironic liquid, and the acidic characteristic of the iron-based ironic liquid prevents the generation of a sulfur-containing byproduct in the reaction process. Over 90 percent hydrogen sulfide removal efficiency can be achieved and secondary pollution is not caused during the non-aqueous phase wet oxidation of the hydrogen sulfide by adjusting the circulating flow of the ironic liquid and the flow of the hydrogen sulfide gas by an absorption-oxidation-separation-regeneration combined process.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic non-iridescence structural color film, and belongs to the technical field of photonic crystal film preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, carrying out hydrophobic treatment on colloidal microspheres by using solvent with low surface energy; then, mixing black nano particles and a hydrophobiccolloidal microsphere emulsion according to a certain ratio, and uniformly dispersing the mixture in ethanol to form an emulsion; then, placing the emulsion on a base bottom by drip coating, spin coating, dip coating, lifting, spraying and ink jet printing; and carrying out drying at room temperature to form a non-iridescence structural color material with high saturation, high brightness and hydrophobic property. According to the method, the color saturation of the non-iridescence structural color material is remarkably improved by virtue of the absorption effect of the black nano particleson non-coherent scattered light caused by an unordered optical structure; through the hydrophobic treatment, a non-iridescence structure color film has a good hydrophobic characteristic, and the contact angle is 150 degrees or above; and the method has practical application in the fields of decoration, anti-counterfeiting, cosmetic packaging, artware, billboard and the like.

Preparation method of chitosan composite preservative film

The invention discloses a preparation method of a chitosan composite preservative film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving chitosan in an acetic acid solution, heating to 50 to 65DEG C, and stirring until the chitosan is completely dissolved, so as to obtain a solution A; dispersing modified nano carbon crystal in the solution A, wherein the adding amount of the modified nano carbon crystal is 1 to 9 percent; then adding a plasticizer which accounts for 0.2 to 1 percent of the volume of the solution A, and carrying out stirring, ultrasonic dispersion, standing and ultrasonic degassing for 10 to 15 minutes to obtain a solution B; casting the solution B to form a film, standing and drying at the drying temperature of 35 to 55DEG C; then putting into 0.01 to 0.02mol/L of NaOH solution, soaking for 0.5 to 1 hour, flushing with distilled water, uncovering the film and drying in the sun to obtain the composite preservative film. The chitosan composite preservative film disclosed by the invention has relatively low water vapor permeability, so that excessive loss of water in fruits and vegetables is avoided; the chitosan composite preservative film has relatively good sterilizing function and strong antibacterial durability, i.e., an obvious sterilizing effect can be realized within one hour, and the antibacterial rates for escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus after 48 hours still can reach 90 percent or above, so the preservation time of the fruits and the vegetables is prolonged.

The surface of the membrane has a hydrophobic micro-nanostructure through a spraying method, so that the physical hydrophobic property of the surface of the membrane is enhanced; due to the introduction of polydimethylsiloxane, hydrophobic groups migrateto the surface during drying and curing, and the hydrophobicity of a matrix material of the membrane is improved due to chemical modification. A waterborne polyurethane coating film is prepared by taking a lotus leaf structure, a rough surface is endowed while the surface energy is low, so that the waterborne polyurethane coating film has super-strong hydrophobic performance, the water contact angle can reach 156 degrees to 162 degrees, the rolling angle is 3 degrees to 5 degrees, and the wear resistance is excellent.

The invention relates to a method for preparing magnesium hydroxide by utilizing light calcined dolomite. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing magnesium nitrate or magnesium chloride into a 0.1-4 mol/L solution; adding organic amine in the solution, and evenly stirring; reacting for 0.5-2 hours at the temperature of 10 DEG C-100 DEG C, and then filtering; and washing and drying filter residue so as to obtain magnesium hydroxide, and entering filtrate into a cycle process. The invention provides a hydrophobically associating polymer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving acrylamide monomers in water to obtain a water phase; dissolving hydrophobic monomers in an organic solvent to obtain an oil phase; mixing the water phase with the oil phase under the action of an initiator and heating the mixture to carry out polymerization reaction, thus obtaining the hydrophobically associating polymer. Compared with the prior art, the hydrophobically associating polymer has the beneficial effects that monomer units of acrylamide in the hydrophobically associating polymer can provide hydrophilic groups for the hydrophobic association complex, thus ensuring that the polymer has good water solubility; monomer units of the hydrophobic monomers can provide hydrophobic side groups for the hydrophobically associating polymer; hydrophobic association is formed among the hydrophobic side groups in water to form a spatial network structure, thus providing necessary viscoelasticity for a solution; the initiator shown in a formula (V) is an amphiphilic bifunctional initiator and can initiate homopolymerization of the water-soluble monomers and the oil-soluble monomers in respective phases, thus obtaining the hydrophobically associating polymer. The preparation method is simple and is mild in reaction conditions and higher in yield.
