The invention discloses a multifunctional separation
sieve mesh preparation method, which comprises: S1, pre-treating, wherein a
sieve mesh is placed and washed in a
cleaning agent, rinsing is performed with
ultrapure water, and
drying is performed so as to be spare; S2, soaking the
sieve mesh pretreated in the step S1 in a
polymer coating solution; S3, hanging and
drying the sieve mesh coated inthe step S2, and soaking in an acidic
glutaraldehyde solution; S4, taking out the sieve mesh obtained in the step S3,
drying, and soaking in an antibacterial surfactant solution; and S5, taking out the sieve mesh soaked in the step S4, and drying to obtain the super-hydrophilic and super-oleophobic sieve mesh. According to the invention, the prepared sieve mesh has super-hydrophilic and super-oleophobic performance, can effectively achieve oil-water separation, has multiple functional groups contained in the
coating on the surface of the sieve mesh, has excellent oil-water separation performance, further has performances of heavy
metal ion adsorbing,
antibacterial property and the like, and has substantially expanded application range.
