Compared with the prior art, the airtight pressure-charged hot-gas floating platform has the benefits that the capsule is high in rigidity, strong in wind resistance and stable in operation; the manufacturing cost is low, the operation is easy and the maintenance is simple; safety and reliability are achieved, so that the accident incidence is low; and in case of emergencies, such as natural disasters, the emergency response is fast and the mobility is strong.

Pressure capacitance type sensor substrate cavity-forming method

A substrate cavitation method for the pressure volume sensor has the advantages of high precision, low cost, easy operation and stable quality. The method includes the following steps: (1) forming a silica layer formed by the oxidation on one surface of the selected silicon; (2) coating a photoresist layer on the silica layer and forming a micro structure concave cavity I after exposing and developing, and the material at the bottom of the micro structure concave cavity I is silica; (3) etching the silica layer in the micro structure concave cavity I by means of ICP plasma-etching, and the photoresist layer is the mask, forming a micro structure concave cavity II, the material at the bottom of which is silicon; (4) removing the photoresist layer; (5) coating the photoresist layer again and forming a micro structure concave cavity III corresponding to the micro structure concave cavity II after exposing and developing; (6) etching the silicon wafer to a certain depth in the micro structure concave cavity III by means of ICP plasma-etching, and the photoresist layer is the mask; (7) removing the photoresist layer and obtaining the substrate provided with a micro structure concave cavity IV. The invention is suitable for making the substrate of the depressor sensor.

Mine ventilating fan control system capable of automatically adjusting air quantity

The invention provides a mine ventilating fan control system capable of automatically adjusting air quantity. The mine ventilating fan control system comprises a frequency conversion system, a programmable logic control (PLC) system and an inspection and monitoring system. The frequency conversion system comprises a power source wire leading-in device, a power source feed device and a frequency converter. The PLC system comprises a control power source wire leading-in device, a control power source feed device and a PLC device. The inspection and monitoring system comprises an operating platform, a display screen, a wind pressure transducer, a vibration transducer, a temperature transducer, and the like. A closed-loop control link is set in the PLC device, and the output frequency of the frequency converter is controlled by taking ventilating condition signals of a working face, which are acquired from the sensors or a mine local area network, as closed-loop feedback signals according to a difference between a set value and a practical sampled value, so as to automatically adjust the air quantity of mine ventilating fans. Two sets of facilities with relative independence are arranged in a speed adjusting link, the control link, an inspection link and an operating link to respectively perform control and online inspection on the two mine ventilating fans, so that the mutual switchover of the two mine ventilating fans from working to standby can be completed in a short time.
