Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of providing a conductive substrate, performing surface treatment on the conductive substrate to form a concave structure on the surface of the conductive substrate, and forming a carbon nanotube layer on the surface of the conductive substrate by using the carbon nanotube slurry so as to form the carbon nanotube cathode. Through the mode, the bonding strength of the substrate and the carbon nanotubes can be improved, the field emission current density and stability of the carbon nanotubes are further improved, and the preparation process is simple and easy to implement.
