Abstract

The invention discloses a pine wood nematode effector BxSCD1 interaction protein as well as a coding gene and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of molecular biology. The pine wood nematode effector BxSCD1 interaction protein has an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID No. 1, and a nucleotide sequence for expressing the protein is as shown in SEQ ID No. 2.
