The invention relates to a
microbial composition for preventing and treating
root knot nematode disease of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of
biology. The composition is prepared from the following components:
beauveria bassiana with the preservation number of CGMCC (China General
Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.21047,
lecithin,
xanthan gum, pyroligneous liquor, soybean
peptide,
potassium fulvate and medium trace elements. Through the synergistic effect of specific functional
flora, the composition significantly promotes the growth of underground parts of traditional Chinese medicinal materials, improves the root
biomass and root activity, enhances the
nutrient absorption and utilization efficiency of plants, and especially improves the
nitrogen utilization rate. Meanwhile, the preparation can effectively prevent and control the root-knot
nematode disease, the number of root-knot
nematode infection sources in soil and the severity of root diseases are remarkably reduced, and the high
nematode natural decline rate is achieved. In addition, the preparation can activate the defensive
system of plants, induce synthesis of
disease-resistant substances and remarkably enhance the activity of multiple defensive enzymes. The soil micro-
ecological environment is obviously improved, the diversity and richness of soil bacterial communities are improved, and the method is suitable for various
crop planting systems.
