The invention belongs to the field of crop cultivation and tillage, and relates to a cultivation method for reducing greenhouse gas emission and improving the nitrogen utilization efficiency of no-tillage and direct-seeding rice field. The cultivation method is characterized by comprising the steps that 1, ditching and ridging are conducted, and no-tillage is conducted on ridge sides; 2, a mid maturing variety or a late-mid maturing variety which is high in tillering ability, developed in root system, strong in stalk, large in ear and high in lodging resistance is selected, wherein the growthperiod of the variety is 125-135 days; 3, after being disinfected, seeds are soaked with clear running water for coat scarifying, and the sprouted seeds is coated with a coating agent; 4, a good timeis selected for seeding, wherein fifty-sixty thousand basic hybrid rice seedlings are sufficiently inserted in each mu of land, and 120-150 thousand basic conventional rice seedlings are sufficientlyinserted in each mu of land; 5, in the whole growth period, 150-180 kg of N, 75-90 kg of P2O5 and 120-150 kg of K2O are applied per square meter in each hour, and simple cultivation is conducted; 6, ditches and ridges are irrigated. The cultivation method is characterized in no-tillage, direct seeding, ridge cultivation with no-tillage and nitrogenous fertilizer and water management. By means of the cultivation method, emission of greenhouse gas of the no-tillage and direct-seeding rice field is effectively reduced.
