The cell line can support replication of PRV, it is determined that the PRV can well infect immortalized pig embryo trophoblast cells and cause cytopathic effects, the difference between the PRV and TCID50 of PRV infected passage cells PK15 is less than one titer, and the cell line can be used for researches on the aspects of passage and receptors of the PRV, mechanisms of reproductive disorder diseases caused by the PRV and the like.
