Abstract

The invention discloses a modular inverter-motor integrated system based on series H bridges and application, and belongs to the technical field of power electronics. The integrated system comprises three groups of H bridge modules and a three-phase motor, wherein the three groups of H bridge modules are connected in parallel on a direct current bus to form a three-phase inverter; each group of H-bridge modules comprises N H full-bridge sub-modules connected in series, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; each H full-bridge sub-module comprises a direct-current capacitor and four power switch devices; each phase of winding of the three-phase motor consists of N segmented windings which are independent of one another; and one segmented winding is connected behind each H full-bridge sub-module to serve as a load. In this way, the problem that a conventional three-phase bridge type inverter does not have the fault-tolerant capability can be solved; meanwhile, due to the fact that the H-bridge series connection structure is adopted, the power supply voltage of each H full-bridge sub-module can be reduced, a low-voltage power switch device can be adopted, and the capacity, the size, the weight and the cost of the inverter are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of power electronics, and more specifically relates to a modular inverter-motor integration system based on a series H bridge and its application. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of today's society, human beings' demand for energy is increasing, especially for oil, so higher requirements are put forward for the efficiency of oil extraction. The downhole oil production system is mainly composed of three parts: the surface part, the downhole part and the middle part connecting the downhole and the surface. The ground part mainly includes frequency converters, transformers and power distribution equipment, etc., and its main function is to supply power to the downhole motor and realize the frequency conversion control of the motor; the middle part mainly includes cables, whose function is to transmit the electric energy from the ground to the downhole and provide power for the downhole ...
