Abstract

The invention discloses a tubular pile composite foundation suitable for a high-fill collapsible loess site and a construction method thereof. The tubular pile composite foundation comprises a plurality of umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding tubular pile assemblies, a reinforced mattress layer and a loess foundation layer, wherein each umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding tubular pile assembly comprises a tubular pile, an umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding structure, a grouting pipe and a grouting body; and each umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding structure comprises a connecting sleeve, a fixed ring, a central steel pipe, an outer-expanding steel pipe, a three-way joint, a first supporting rod, a fixed joint and a grouting joint. According to the tubular pile composite foundation disclosed by the invention, the umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding structures can be expanded by a certain angle under the action of vertical pressure, and the umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding structures are wrapped by high-pressure grouting cement slurry to form an expanded cement soil pile bottom reinforcing structure; the umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding structures are connected with the tubular piles to form a combined pile structure, so that vertical bearing capacity of pile bodies is improved, and therefore, vertical bearing performance of the umbrella-shaped bottom-expanding tubular pile composite foundation is strengthened; and the tubular pile composite foundation can be suitable for high-fill collapsible loess foundation treatment, and has relatively good sinking resistance, differential settlement resistance and deformation coordination capacity.
