The invention relates to a distributed power supply-oriented virtual power plant operation scheme optimization method, and the method comprises the following steps of 1) determining the indexes for comprehensive benefit evaluation, and establishing a comprehensive evaluation index set for virtual power plant optimization operation; 2) considering the difference between the dimension and the numerical magnitude order of each comprehensive benefit evaluation index, and carrying out normalization processing on each index; 3) converting the qualitative comprehensive benefit of a virtual power plant into a quantitative evaluation value by adopting a comprehensive weight determined by a G1-expert clustering weighting method, and establishing a comprehensive benefit evaluation system of the virtual power plant; and 4) performing comprehensive benefit evaluation on the given operation schemes of the plurality of virtual power plants by adopting the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of the virtual power plants, and determining the scheme with the best comprehensive benefit as the optimal operation scheme.
