Abstract

The system comprises a variable-frequency fresh air ventilator, a variable-frequency exhaust fan, a temperature sensor, an air pressure sensor, a PLC and a control room, wherein the variable-frequency fresh air ventilator, the variable-frequency exhaust fan, the temperature sensor and the air pressure sensor are respectively connected with the PLC; and the PLC is connected with the control room. A PLC control system is utilized, so that the influence of air volume change on the temperature in a laboratory is eliminated, the service life of laboratory instruments and equipment is prolonged, the using effect of the laboratory instruments and equipment is improved, the stability and accuracy of temperature change are ensured, and the problem of relevance control is solved. Experimental results show that the variable air volume laboratory temperature control system and method can play a good role in the laboratory, are good in use and control effect, and can automatically control the temperature in the laboratory according to the change of the air volume in the laboratory, so that unstable factors of the laboratory are reduced, and the use efficiency is improved.
