Problems solved by technology

However, the pure culture method can only be used to detect cultivable microorganisms, but it is useless for the vast majority (>99%) of non-culturable microorganisms in environmental samples, and it is time-consuming and laborious
Molecular detection technology extracts the total genome of microorganisms, and then detects the presence or absence of resistance genes or quantifies them. This method detects the total resistance genes, including resistance genes carried by dead drug-resistant bacteria and non-expressed resistance genes. resulting in a substantial overestimation of resistant bacteria
[0004] Therefore, the prior art lacks a method that can rapidly screen for drug-resistant bacteria

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for screening drug-resistant microorganisms through a fluorescence method. The method comprises the following steps: culturing microorganisms in a first culture containing antibiotics and amino acids of azide or alkynyl groups for a first preset time; transferring the microorganisms cultured by the first culture to a reaction solution of a fluorescent dye containing alkynyl or azide groups to react for a second preset time; and performing fluorescence detection on the microorganisms cultured by the reaction solution, and determining that the microorganisms with fluorescence signals are drug-resistant microorganisms. The invention provides a method for rapidly detecting drug-resistant microorganisms.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biochemical detection and analysis, in particular to a method for screening drug-resistant microorganisms. Background technique [0002] Antibacterial drugs such as antibiotics are one of the greatest inventions in human history. They have effectively controlled bacterial infections and saved hundreds of millions of lives. In animal husbandry, the use of antibacterial drugs has also greatly improved the survival rate of livestock and guaranteed the income of farmers. However, the abuse and misuse of antibacterial drugs, especially antibiotics, have greatly increased the resistance of bacteria in the environment, resulting in bacterial infections that cannot be effectively cured. At present, "super bacteria" that are resistant to various antibiotics and other drugs have appeared around the world. Seriously threaten the health of humans, animals, and the environment. What's more, drug-resistant genes can u...
