The method comprises the following steps: under the condition that loads are stable, for each load distribution scheme, firstly, calculating the theoretical switching frequency according to the phase with the heaviest load; then, on the basis of the theoretical switching frequency, calculating theoretical effective duty ratios of other phases when the phase with the heaviest load works under PFM (Pulse Frequency Modulation); then, calculating the output current ripple and loss of the LLC resonant converter corresponding to each load distribution scheme by utilizing the theoretical switching frequency and the effective duty ratio of each phase; and finally, constructing a cost function based on the output current ripple and the loss, and selecting a scheme with the lowest cost function value as an optimal load distribution scheme.
