Abstract

The invention relates to a 5G power amplifier power supply circuit and method. The circuit comprises a single-chip microcomputer, a negative voltage generation unit and a current detection unit. A DAC output pin of the single-chip microcomputer is connected to the negative voltage generation unit, the single-chip microcomputer is used for outputting a voltage to the negative voltage generation unit, and a negative voltage output end of the negative voltage generation unit is connected to a grid electrode of a power amplifier. The negative pressure generation unit is used for generating a corresponding negative voltage according to the voltage output by the single-chip microcomputer and outputting the negative voltage to the grid electrode of the power amplifier; the current detection unit is connected to the source electrode of the power amplifier, and the current detection unit is used for detecting the working current output by the source electrode of the power amplifier; and an ADC input pin of the single-chip microcomputer is connected to the current detection unit, and the single-chip microcomputer is used for outputting a corresponding output voltage to the negative voltage generation unit according to the working current of the power amplifier fed back by the current detection unit.
