The circuit comprises two power switches, three power diodes, a capacitor and a programmable direct-current power source, the two power switches and the two power diodes form four bridge arms of an H-type circuit, and a superconducting coil is located in the center of the H-type circuit; the arrangement mode of four bridge arms of the H-type circuit is that current can only flow through the superconducting coil in one direction; and the direct-current power supply is connected in series with one power diode to form a power supply branch and then is connected in parallel with the H-type circuit.
