Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for suppressing torsional vibration of a three-cylinder engine type range extender system, and the method comprises the steps: building an 8-degree-of-freedom shafting forced vibration model, taking rotation speed fluctuation as an observation object, and verifying the precision of a simulation model through an experiment; and then taking the angular acceleration and the rotating speed as control targets, taking the motor torque as a control variable, and adopting a fuzzy PID controller to actively suppress torsional vibration. The mean square angular acceleration is used as an evaluation index of torsional vibration; analyzing the torsional vibration active suppression effect under the steady state and transient state working conditions; a simulation result shows that compared with a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) control mode which only takes the rotating speed as a control target under a steady-state working condition, the mean square angular acceleration is reduced by 68.3%; compared with a traditional PID control method, the mean square angular acceleration is reduced by 29.0%.
