Abstract

The invention discloses a detection platform for an S parameter of a cell. The platform can be used for observing and recording the position and the S parameter of the cell. The platform comprises four functional blocks, namely a micro-fluidic module, a microscopic imaging module, a probe station and a data processing unit. Wherein the micro-fluidic module is used for conveying a cell sample to a detection area; the microscopic imaging module is used for amplifying a detection area; the probe station module is used for realizing connection of a sensor and acquiring an S parameter; and the data processing unit realizes cell observation and system control. In the test platform of the S parameter of the whole cell, the microfluidic technology and the electrical measurement are connected through a cell capture detection sensor, and the sensor comprises a microflow pipeline and an electrode which are specially designed. The whole test platform can effectively observe the capture of the cells and measure the S parameter of the cells.
