Abstract

The invention discloses a thermal power plant waste heat comprehensive gradient utilization system which comprises a heat conveying belt used for conveying blocky sludge, a hot water pipe set arranged on the heat conveying belt, an air heater used for supplying air from bottom to top, a drainage assembly and a water conveying pipe. The heat conveying belt comprises two oppositely-arranged conveying frames, a driving roller, a plurality of driven rollers and a conveying belt arranged on the driving roller and the driven rollers in a sleeving mode. The driving roller and the driven rollers are rotationally arranged between the two conveying frames. The hot water pipe group comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a plurality of heating pipes connected with the water outlet pipe and the water inlet pipe; the drain assembly is used for inputting drain water in the drain tank into the water inlet pipe; the water transmission pipe is connected to the water outlet pipe; and the driven roller is arranged on the heating pipe in a sleeving manner.
