The biomass charcoal composite ecological floating bed system comprises a floating plate layer, a filler layer and a micro-nano aeration layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the floating plate layer is located on the water surface of a polluted water body to be treated, open holes are formed in the floating plate layer, net bags are arranged in the open holes, and cyperaceae plants are planted in the net bags; the filler layer comprises a six-sided cowhells net and a biomass charcoal filler; the six-sided cowhells net is fixedly connected to the lower part of the floating plate layer; the biomass charcoal filler is filled in the six-sided cowhells net; the micro-nano aeration layer comprises a cowhells water tank, a water outlet, an electromagnetic alternating current air pump and a rubber aeration pipe; an opening is formed in the bottom of the beef tendon water tank, and the beef tendon water tank is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the six-face beef tendon net; the water outlet is formed in one side of the cowhells water tank; the electromagnetic alternating-current air pump is mounted in the six-surface cowhells net; and the rubber aeration pipe is fixed at an opening at the bottom of the beef tendon water tank and is connected with the electromagnetic alternating current air pump through a guide pipe.
