Abstract

The invention discloses a pyroelectric hyperspectral imaging system of a surface plasmon metamaterial. The system comprises an area array detector, a data processor and a display. Pixels of the core component area array detector comprise a pyroelectric detection layer, a metal layer, a dielectric isolation layer, a two-dimensional material layer, an ionic gel layer and an electrode. The metal layer is arranged above the pyroelectric detection layer, the dielectric isolation layer is arranged above the metal layer, the two-dimensional material layer is arranged above the dielectric isolation layer, the ionic gel layer is coated above the two-dimensional material layer, the grid electrode of the electrode is arranged above the ionic gel layer, and the source electrode and the drain electrode are respectively arranged at two sides of the ionic gel layer. The source electrode and the drain electrode are in contact with the ionic gel layer, the source electrode is connected with a positive electrode of a first external power supply, the grid electrode is connected with a positive electrode of a second external power supply, and the drain electrode is connected with a negative electrode of the first external power supply and a negative electrode of the second external power supply.
