The invention provides a data collection and trajectory planning joint optimization method based on assistance of an unmanned aerial vehicle in a wireless network. The present invention is on the premise of a drone-assisted wireless network system having a plurality of adjacent ground users, where the drone has the main task of collecting data from all ground users. According to the method, a reasonable track is designed to enable an unmanned aerial vehicle to execute a data acquisition task and try to ensure transmission fairness among all ground users as targets, the ground users are taken as topological nodes, a ground topological structure is constructed in combination with the communication range of the ground users, and a parallel projection algorithm is adopted on the isomorphic ground topological structure and the heterogeneous ground topological structure respectively; and obtaining a group of waypoints forming the flight path of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
