Embodiment Construction

[0023] Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0024] as attached figure 1 As shown: after the radio frequency signal generated by the direct digital synthesizer is amplified by the radio frequency amplifier, the lighting transmitter 104 based on the acousto-optic modulation technology is driven to generate a fringe pattern with a certain spatial frequency and phase shift. The logic controller 101 is used to generate the control instructions required for frequency conversion and phase modulation of the direct digital synthesizer, and to control its synchronization and matching. The logic controller 101 generates the external trigger signal of the CCD camera 105 while providing the frequency conversion and phase modulation signals of the direct digital synthesizer, and controls the image acquisition card 106 to complete the acquisition of a fringe image. After the image acquisition card completes t...

Abstract

The device includes logic controller, digital frequency synthesizer, radio frequency amplifier, illumination emitter and image sensing receiver. The sensing procedures include following steps. The logic controller sends commands of frequency conversion andp hase modulation to the frequency synthesizer. The illumination emitter projects structured light to objects according to the said commands. An image card trigged by an external triger signal of camera generated by the logic controller completes collection of a pattern image. With a feed back signal from the image card being received, the logic controller seeds a command to the frequency synthesizer again. Further, the illumination emitter is driven by the command projects pattern light with modified frequency and phase onto objects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a reconfigurable dynamic three-dimensional digital sensing device and process of time-series frequency-variable stripe lighting, which belongs to the three-dimensional digital imaging technology. Background technique [0002] Three-dimensional digital imaging and modeling is an emerging interdisciplinary field of active research in the world in recent years, and three-dimensional sensing on the surface of objects is one of the core technologies of 3DIM. At home and abroad, a lot of research has been done on three-dimensional sensing theories and technologies such as laser scanning, imaging radar, focus analysis, coded structured light, holography and speckle interference, moiré, and digital photogrammetry. But so far, the realization of these 3D sensing concepts has been a trade-off between accuracy and field of view size and speed, and between speed and flexibility, thus limiting their applicatio...
