The overall shape of the light limiting cylinder 13 is square, and a flange 3 connected with the accelerator 1 is arranged in the middle of the upper cover 4 of the light limiting cylinder 13 . The bottom in the middle of the flange 3 is connected with a water-cooled double-layer titanium window assembly 2 corresponding to the drift tube 12 of the accelerator 1 . On the bottom plane of the flange 3 are connected four support rods 9 uniformly distributed along the set circumference. Two layers of support plates 10 are supported by each support rod 9 , and a thin metal scattering sheet 11 is provided in the middle of each support plate 10 . Abstract

The scattering screen type electronic beam radiator belongs to the field of radiation processing technology. The electronic beam radiator includes electronic linear accelerator and light limiting tube. Structurally, it features the light limiting tube with flange connected to electronic linear accelerator in the middle of the top cover and water cooled double-layered titanium window assembly corresponding to the drift tube of the accelerator and embedded to the bottom of the flange. There are two layers of support board on the bottom of the flange and thin scattering metal sheets set inside the support boards. The light limiting tube has cooling water space formed by the double-layered walls and may be filled with cooling gas. The water cooled double-layered titanium window assembly is one cooling water space formed by the water cooling box cover and water cooling box bottom. Compared with available technology, the present invention has the advantages of simple structure, self shielding, high efficiency, etc.
