Abstract

The present invention relates to a donor film for laser-induced thermography and an organic electroluminescence display device. The donor film has a base film, a photothermal conversion layer formed on the base film, a reflective layer or a metal layer formed on the photothermal conversion layer, and a transfer layer formed on the reflective layer and formed of an organic material. The donor film can reduce edge opening defects and increase the amount of energy absorbed into the photothermal conversion layer by forming a reflective layer or a metal layer between the photothermal conversion layer and the transfer layer, preventing the laser beam from being transmitted to the substrate. Damage to the substrate is prevented, and deterioration of the transfer layer is prevented by preventing gas generated by the photothermal conversion layer using heat from penetrating into the transfer layer and diffusing the heat transferred to the transfer layer.
