The deoxidizing agent is suggested to add into ladle with other alloy when the tapping percentage is in between 1 / 4 and 1 / 3. There are no Ba inclusion in finished steel and content of large-grained inclusion in finished steel decreased evidently because Baí»s great atomic radius made itself easier oxidated so that almost all the Ba were turned into slag. This technique could control the content of AlT íœ 0.002úÑin finished steel so as to prevent reoxidation of molten steel in continuous pouring process effectively and improve cleanliness of molten steel and increase numbers of pouring convertors.
