Abstract

The present invention relates to an instant food package, and an instant food package is provided which includes an instant food cooked by hot liquid, a heat-resistant container holding the instant food inside and having an opening on one side, and a stopper coupled to the opening and configured to allow the opening and closing of the opening, where the instant food moves in correlation with the flow of the liquid and is consumed while poured out through the opening in an opened state, and the liquid is prevented by the stop-per in a closed state from spilling out of the container when it is turned or shaken. Turning or shaking the container may facilitate the heat transfer by convention between the instant food and the hot liquid, to reduce the cooking time.
