The clodinafop-propargyl wettable powder is prepared from, by weight, 5%-20% of clodinafop-propargyl, 1.25%-5% of a safener, 1%-15% of solvent, 1%-8% of an emulsifier, 1%-15% of a wetting dispersant, 1%-25% of a synergist and the balance stuffing, wherein the total content of all the components is 100%. Due to the fact that the safener and the synergist are added, the safety of clodinafop-propargyl to wheat is improved, and the preventing and weeding effects of clodinafop-propargyl on annual gramineous weeds in a wheat field are also improved. The preparation method comprises the steps that clodinafop-propargyl, the safener, the emulsifier and the solvent are uniformly mixed to prepare an oil base; the oil base is uniformly sprayed on a dry base which is prepared from the stuffing, the wetting dispersant and the synergist and processed through air jet pulverization through a sprayer, uniform mixing, detecting and subpackaging are performed, and then the finished product is obtained.
