In the method, the applications are classified into the black list and the white list based on quantitative scanning analysis of the power consumption of the applications. The invention achieves power consumption classification of the applications of the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal is a traditional feature phone in the screen-off status, and the corresponding application is not truly started until a certain function needs to be activated according to services in a screen-on status, which effectively reduces the power consumption of the intelligent terminal.
