The invention discloses a
left atrial appendage occlusion and
ablation device. The device includes a sealing portion located at a near end and used for closing
left atrial appendage, and an anchoringportion located at a far end and used for anchoring the device in the
left atrial appendage; the device is characterized in that the device also includes an
ablation portion used for performing annular
ablation on the inner wall adjacent to an entrance of the left
atrial appendage; the device further includes the ablation portion used for performing the annular ablation on the inner wall adjacentto an opening of the left
atrial appendage; the ablation portion includes an
electrode and an annular skeleton used for adhering to the to-be-ablated inner wall of the left
atrial appendage, and the
electrode is electrically connected with a
radio frequency source; and in the whole device, the annular skeleton is not insulated from a portion of the annular skeleton being in contact with the
electrode, and the remaining portion is insulated at least on the outer surface of the anchoring portion. The invention provides the
left atrial appendage occlusion and ablation device which is capable of simultaneously achieving
occlusion and ablation of the left atrial appendage, is simple to operate, is convenient to use, and does not produce significant influence on a surgical mode and
operation time.
