The invention provides a gas steam generator. The gas steam generator comprises a water tank and a heat pipe, wherein the water tank comprises a water inlet and a steam outlet, the heat pipe comprisesvertical parts, horizontal parts and a plurality of vertical pipes, the bottom ends of the vertical parts are communicated with the horizontal parts, the lower parts of the horizontal parts are communicated with the vertical pipes, the vertical pipes are the evaporation ends of the heat pipe, the vertical parts are condensation ends of the heat pipe, the vertical parts extends into the bottom ofthe water tank, and the vertical pipes and the horizontal parts are arranged in a gas burner. The distribution densities of the vertical pipes are gradually reduced in the radial direction from the center of the burner to the outside. The distribution densities of the vertical pipes are different in different positions of the burner, so that the temperature of the whole heat pipe is kept basicallythe same, then the overall heat exchange efficiency is improved, materials are saved, local damage caused by uneven temperature is avoided, and the service life of the heat pipe is prolonged.
