The invention provides a
heat pipe steam generator. The
heat pipe steam generator comprises a water tank and a
heat pipe; the water tank comprises a water inlet and a steam outlet; and the heat
pipe comprises a first vertical portion, a horizontal portion and a second vertical portion, the bottom end of the first vertical portion communicates with the horizontal portion, the lower portion of the horizontal portion communicates with multiple vertical pipes, the second vertical portion serves as the
evaporation end of the heat
pipe, the first vertical portion serves as the condensation end of the heat
pipe, the first vertical portion stretches into the bottom of the water tank, and the second vertical portion and the horizontal portion are arranged in a heat source. The heat pipe steam generator is characterized in that the first vertical portion comprises multiple condensation pipes extending to the bottom of the water tank, and the spaces among the condensation pipes are smaller and smaller in the
flue gas flowing direction. According to the heat pipe steam generator, the spaces among the condensation pipes arranged at different positions of a
flue gas channel are different, the heat
absorption capacity of the condensation pipes is continuously reduced in the
flue gas flowing direction and adapts to the heat
absorption capacity of the vertical pipes, therefore, the overall heatpipe temperature keeps basically same in the
flue gas flowing direction, the overall heat exchange efficiency is improved, materials are saved, local damage caused by uneven temperature is avoided, and the service life of the heat pipe is prolonged.
