heliostat surface-shape detection device and a method.The detection device comprises a to-be-detected
heliostat, an image collecting unit, a data line, an industrial
personal computer and a heat absorption
tower.The method includes the steps that the to-be-detected
heliostat reflects reflected optical images of the heat absorption
tower to the image collecting unit, the image collecting unit transmits the collected images to the industrial
personal computer through the data line to be processed, surface-shape information of the to-be-detected heliostat is calculated based on collected imaging image sequences of the heat absorption
tower in the to-be-detected heliostat, the theoretical design value of the
surface shape of the to-be-detected heliostat is combined, the actual error value of the
surface shape of the to-be-detected heliostat is obtained, and the
surface shape of the to-be-detected heliostat is adjusted.The heliostat surface-shape detection device and the method are simple in arrangement and easy to operate, and belong to non-contact
nondestructive measurement, the light-gathering efficiency of the heliostat field and the efficiency of a heat absorber can be effectively improved, and
safe operation of the tower is guaranteed; a heliostat after being installed can be detected, a heliostat in the operating process can also be detected, and the application range is wide.
