The invention relates to the field of compressed sensing and video coding and decoding, and provides a compressed sensing video reconstruction method based on dictionary learning residual-error reconstruction. According to the compressed sensing video reconstruction method, firstly, dividing into groups of pictures (GOP) is performed on a video, wherein a key frame and non-key frames are assigned for each group. The key frame and the non-key frame are successively coded in a frame-by-frame and block-by-block manner according to different sampling rates and different methods. At the decoding end, one GOP is taken, and a multiple-reference-frame weighting averaging is performed for obtaining initial reconstruction; and then an iterative method is adopted for obtaining final reconstruction of the GOP. In iteration, firstly multiple frames are used for performing motion estimation on the current frame for obtaining a motion compensation image; then multiple-reference-frame residual-error domain dictionary learning is performed for obtaining the residual-error domain adaptive group of each block of the current frame, and residual-error reconstruction is performed; and finally, according to the motion compensation image and the residual error of each frame, obtaining the final reconstruction of the GOP, and furthermore obtaining a reconstruction video, thereby realizing high-quality reconstruction of the compressed sensing video. The compressed sensing video reconstruction method can be widely applied on a plurality of fields such as video reconstruction based on compressed sensing.

Method and apparatus for encryption using partial information

A method and apparatus of encrypting optical images using binarization or phase only information is presented with a number of ways to secure the image also being provided. An image to be encrypted is first multiplied by a random phase function. The Fourier transform of the product of the image and the random phase function is then multiplied by another random phase function in the Fourier (or Fresnel) domain. Taking the inverse Fourier (or Fresnel) transform, an encrypted image in the output plane is obtained. Alternatively, the image to be encrypted can be phase encoded and then encrypted to provide an extra level or security. The image can be secured using one key in the Fourier or Fresnel domain followed by phase extraction. This encrypted image may then binarized, which may include binarizing the phase-only part of the encrypted image. The use of binarization enables ease of implementation and data compression while still providing recovery of images having good quality. The original image may be recovered from the phase-only part of the encrypted image, the binarized encrypted image, or the binarized phase-only part of the encrypted image.

A safety vent is provided for incorporation into sealed electrochemical cells. The vent is particularly applicable to cells experiencing transient conditions producing pressures above 250 psi (17.6 kg / cm2). By configuring a cover plate to plastically deform at elevated pressures, an increased venting area can be produced. The increased venting area allows for venting of solid matter which may be forced into vent holes during high temperatures and pressures. Effective plastic deformation is obtained by proper selection of a ductile material and cover plate thickness. By ensuring that vent clogging does not occur, pressures are limited and the integrity of the cell is maintained. By incorporating this vent into a cell, methods of successfully passing industry standard test procedures for secondary cells are provided. The vent also includes an elastomeric sealing element which is captured between the cover plate and a rigid upper plate. The upper plate has a skirt that covers the sealing element but is lifted out of the way of vented matter by the deforming cover plate. Testing of example nickel-metal hydride based Cs cells demonstrate successful survival of a "hot plate" and "continuous overcharge" test procedures. The invention includes cells having increased safety by incorporation of the novel vent structure.

The method has the advantage that a policy based on block histogram comparison is provided for the monitor video under the condition of leaf disturbance, thereby effectively improving video enrichment robustness and accuracy.
