hollow cylinder body of which two ends are opened; the hydraulic conversion device comprises a telescopic joint, a telescopic rod, a lower joint and a sealing ring I; the telescopic joint is fixed to the top part of the telescopic rod; the lower joint is fixed to the bottom part of the cylinder sleeve; the telescopic rod passes through the lower joint, and the
tail part of the telescopic rod is inserted into a cavity in the cylinder sleeve; the sealing ring I is arranged at the
tail part of the telescopic rod and is in contact with the inner wall of the cylinder sleeve. According to the multi-effect lifting pressurizing device for the drilling tool, the
pressure difference is generated by reducing, then the pressure is transmitted to a
drill bit through the telescopic rod and a telescopic rod, the uniformly-downwards power is continuously applied to the
drill bit, and the rigid pressure of a
drill collar to the
drill bit is converted into
hydraulic pressure; therefore, the
drill bit can be protected well by the uniform pressurizing, and as a result, the purposes of high speed and low cost can be achieved.
